PROBLEM STATEMENT
The current state of our Digital & IT operations lacks a comprehensive and centralized dashboard that provides real-time visibility and actionable insights. This absence hinders effective decision-making, monitoring, and optimization of our digital assets and IT infrastructure. As a result, we experience challenges in identifying and addressing performance issues, monitoring key metrics, and aligning our digital and IT strategies with organizational goals.
Therefore, there is a need for a user-friendly and intuitive Digital & IT Dashboard that consolidates relevant data, offers visual representations, and facilitates efficient monitoring, analysis, and decision-making to drive operational excellence and improve overall performance.
